It has taken me almost 6 months to write this review but I think the staff at Crest Lawn are the absolute best! On the 5th, it will be 6 months since my daughter left us for Heaven. The staff at Crest Lawn continue to reach out to us to check on us. Today would have been her 24th Birthday and once again they reached out to check on us! We could not have been more blessed during the worst tragedy of our life. Thank you to Justin and his staff for continuing to love on our family. You all are a 5 star in my book!
I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this funeral home could not have been better. From the first phone call a year ago up until even today, they have been professional, respectful, understanding, and kind. They took the time to answer every question without making me feel judged or rushed. I can't imagine being in their position and having to deal with everything that comes along with death. In my situation, family drama caused some misunderstandings and even today - 13 months after they cremated my mom - I made one phone call to them and they remembered me, my mom, and our family's rough circumstances and made sure that everything was made clear to me. That's what I call above and beyond; a rarity in today's world that deserves some recognition. I cannot thank yall enough for everything. ❤❤❤
