My has stayed here a few times. We always had great service until this last time over the Memorial Day weekend. His pills were still in his bag and he smelled. There was no report. I do not know if he received the extra care I paid for. The manager did call. He did receive his extra care and they are training new people. I truly appreciate their response.

Copyright pet resort is truly AMAZING!! We had an emergency in our family and needed boarding last minute. Copyright helped us immediately and were so caring. Hayley went above and beyond and you can tell that they have such a loving heart towards animals. I recommend them 10/10!!!

They are great, took such good care of our dog … I would recommend them to anyone so friendly they even waited for us to get there the day we dropped him off we didn’t realize they closed at 12:00pm on Saturday they are great…..
