Took my 1 yr old puppy in with his face swollen, they weren't able to find the cause but they held him for the day while I went to work and my dog loved being there with them so much that he didn't want to leave. Very different reaction than when he has went to the normal vets office. All the employees said they loved having him there and I couldn't be more grateful. They did treat him ofc and he's a lot better now. Thank you guys! Photos are before and after the visit.

I was here twice this week with two different pets (10 year old cat and 4 month old puppy), and I could not be more grateful for my experience. The staff was kind and welcoming from the people at the front desk, to the vet techs, and veterinarians. They were all as patient with me as my pets and I am so thankful for their time and compassion! Thank you!

Told my sister they wouldn’t charge her, but they sent her a bill after euthanizing our cat. Like, why lie? They told her that over the phone, and our whole family heard it. We didn’t have any money at the time, and we were freaking out. Then they charged her another fee for something. They weren’t professional. We need a better emergency Vet. Why is it soooo expensive to help our animals? Also, why lie? So we wouldn’t go somewhere else I guess. I will the next time and forever.

Recently adopted a cat from Putnam Animal Shelter and this is where they had her spayed., a cat. I picked up the same night, but the staff never gave me any post-op instructions and I felt rushed out, after paying $20 for an Elizabeth's collar (cone). It may have just been because it was 6pm the Monday before Christmas. But not sure, I've never been there before.

IA couple thousand dollars later ... used to recommend Copelands to everyone; NEVER again. They claim to be an emergency veterinary hospital - they are NOT!!! November 22nd my parents called to attempt to get someone to help their pup but instead were told they were closed ... an emergency veterinary hospital that claims they are 24hrs & cares about their clients closed??? ... my parents ultimately had to put their pup to sleep after having to drive her all the way to Murfreesboro TN for help that their own community so called ONLY emergency vet refused to even attempt to save. SHAME ON YOU COPELAND VETERINARY HOSPITAL - SHAME ON YOU!!!
