We now have heat! We have had several people come out and "attempt" to fix our Trane system, charging over 1k, still not fixed. A serviceman was here within a couple of hours of initial call, he had the system fixed (gas line cleaned, and connected a loose wire) shortly after he got here! Brad was courteous and professional, as was each staff person I spoke with. Will be getting their yearly maintenance plan.
