I initially called to get a ballpark estimate, and Dalton Welch, the owner, invited me to stop by so they could look over my 2027 Kia Telluride in person. They took the time to do a thorough walk-around, discuss exactly what I wanted, and provided a very fair and reasonable quote with no pressure. I was so impressed that I scheduled my appointment that same day. They actually had availability the following week, but because of my own schedule, I booked about two weeks out.

On the day of my appointment, I dropped the vehicle off early that morning and reviewed the work one last time. Throughout the day, Dalton kept me updated with progress photos, which was an incredible touch. While reviewing one of the photos, I noticed another small chrome accent that I had forgotten to mention. I asked if they could take care of it, and without hesitation, the answer was a resounding “Yes!”

When I returned a few hours later, I was genuinely blown away. The chrome delete completely transformed the look of my Telluride. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, and the finished product exceeded every expectation I had.
