I had an air leak in pump which was driving me crazy. I had others attempt to figure it out but no luck. Josh and Jeffrey came out and found the air leak within a short time. They were so knowledgeable about pools and were fun and professional to interact with. Thanks Aqua pools! Encourage new staff to capture Josh’s knowledge!
I HIGHLY recommend Aqua Pools. We checked out a few different pool companies in the area and I’m extremely happy we ended up using Aqua Pools. We had a complex build because we added a pool to basically the side of a hill and it came out like a masterpiece. The entire team is professional, responsive (to my many questions), and great at making suggestions to really take your pool to the next level. I would 100% use them again. Highly recommend for all your pool needs. As a new pool owner we needed help with getting our pool opened for the 2024 season and their crew showed up ready to get everything hooked up. We ran into equipment problems through the summer and every time they were quick to send help! After using the pool all summer we called again to get it winterized and look forward to them taking care of our pool again in 2025.
