Dr.wallwork is truly a great person. He did everything he could do to get me healthy. His staff is exceptional also. Thank you yall

The old lady doesn’t want to do her job. I provided a sample and she immediately told me she couldn’t take it because “it smelled like ammonia” granted she was also wearing a mask. Unprofessional staff and very rude, they act like they are being forced to work.

Wow just called to make an appointment to be able to go in! So rude and very very unprofessional. Hunny if u don’t like working with the public then get a job at a factory!

They took over 3 hours to give me a CDL exam ad then i had to go back to their office because they didn't give me my 3 month med card..i'm just gonna leave it at that....

Came in for a drug screening for a new job. I was notified a week and a half later I will need to return for a second collection as there was an issue with with the first collection in transit. I return for a second collection. 2 weeks later I receive a call from my employer if I have heard anything from the doctor. I told them no and ask why. They informed me they found a large amount of alcohol in my urine. I told them I do not drink and that would be impossible. They verified my information on the tube that I had initialed. That information did not match mine. My employer looked into the issue further and called me back. My name was placed with someone else's specimen. That's extremely concerning especially when I am starting a new job.

Would not give one star if not required! Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The wait is ridiculous for no more patients than are present in the office, yet staff is congregating at the front desk. My daughter was unable to provide a urine specimen on the spot and was given water . She was the denied the option to provide her specimen because she had to “wait 30 mins” to “let the water run through her.” Who are these people to tell her when she has the need to urinate or not ? Not to mention I tried explaining to the rude staff that she had the need to go and could provide the specimen , I also explained that my other children had to be picked up from sports and I was out of time. As the rude staff rolled their eyes and laughed about the situation , they stated I don’t make the rules , she can leave and we will send a message that she refused to test. Will never use this facility again , and will forward feedback to the employer using this facility for future reference.

This place is a joke everytime I go there to do a drug screen the lady at the counter tells me I have to wear a mask, when I have a card stating I dont. The first time the nurse was nice and caring, this past time. I will not go back the nurse stood at the door while I did my screen and told me because "it smelled like chemicals I couldn't pass" I have problems that are being taken care of a you just ruined someone's life because you didnt think they did it correct or didnt pee in a cup. I will not refer anyone here. They are judgemental and are very discriminating.

I have been needing to get inhalers and its such a headache to get refill. Also have some concerns need checked out but dr wallwork i don't know i just don't feel comfortable talking to him about my issues no matter how small just don't feel comfortable. So i struggle without my inhalers and Monday morning im calling to have my pcp changed

Went in to get a refill on my husband's meds, when we got called back they asked questions completely unrelated to our visit and had him put a magnet on his back. (?) We waited an hour in the back to see the Dr. When I asked about an eta, was given an I don't know and had a door slammed in my face.
