I do appreciate that they were able to accommodate our kitten while we were abroad. I would like more contact about him and how he was adjusting but we definitely would like to utilize their facility again. They did connect us to the vet which is now our vet and that I really appreciate alot. Regarding communication, we were not able to do phone calls and that's on us but I would of liked more pictures and emails. (It's not a critic just a suggestion for next time) ❤️ They did communicate after I caused confusion regarding his name so I don't want to make it sound like they did not communicate.

This dog resort is very good. The facility is large. Over multiple stays, our dog does well here. Their dog grooming is excellent. The best we’ve found in the area. It’ll be five stars when the speed of checkin is under five minutes, seven max. Sometimes it can take 20 plus…and that’s with only us in the lobby. And that’s too long.

We are full time RVers traveling the states with our 10 lb West Highland Terrier. Finding a new groomer in different communities is nerve-wracking and an exercise in blind trust. We booked Paws on the Duck and were treated like old friends. They loved Daisy, were organized and helpful, and did a great job grooming her. I recommend this salon to everyone.
