Ryan is an absolute professional, an excellent gentleman, and incredibly thorough. He spent a full 8 hours inspecting my house and another 5 hours creating a very detailed report. On top of that, he met with me in person for 2 hours to walk through the entire report, explaining every single issue with absolutely no rush. I am very much impressed with his level of service. To be honest, without his expert eye, it would have been very hard for me to spot some of the issues in my newly built house. His pictures and details were very helpful in submitting warranty requests with our builder. He’s clearly passionate about his work and tries his best to accurately reflect any problems with your property.
