I worked with Ryan on the inspection for a condo I’ve been looking to purchase. He provided an extremely detailed analysis and clearly articulated the urgency around each issue. As a first time home buyer, Ryan’s expertise and ability to clearly explain these issues was extremely helpful as we went into the negotiation process with the seller. I highly recommend this business due to the quality of their work!

We were referred to Ryan and his company to do an inspection on a condo. He quoted a very reasonable flat fee and spent over five hours doing the inspection. Following the physical inspection, he met with us and reviewed all of his concerns. Within 24 hours we had a very detailed written report with pictures and videos of all of his concerns. We had follow-up questions which he responded to immediately. The broker had questions and he dealt with her with regard to all of her issues and concerns.
