Ben did a great job with our inspection! He was very thorough and knowledgeable for us first time homebuyers. They uploaded the inspection to an online portal 10 mins after finishing the inspection. He did a great job explaining all of his findings. I would strongly recommend Vanguard!!

Consumate professional, obvious years of experience and know-how, fantastic house-side manner, clear communication during brief walkthrough, even willing to come back for a follow up to the inspection since it's new construction and not everything was in place prior to his visit. I seriously doubt he offers that to every client. Would HIGHLY recommend Ben!
