Ryan is an absolute professional, an excellent gentleman, and incredibly thorough. He spent a full 8 hours inspecting my house and another 5 hours creating a very detailed report. On top of that, he met with me in person for 2 hours to walk through the entire report, explaining every single issue with absolutely no rush.
I am very much impressed with his level of service. To be honest, without his expert eye, it would have been very hard for me to spot some of the issues in my newly built house. His charges are very reasonable, and I believe he does much more for his clients than what we actually pay him.

Ryan was great to work with. He was super thorough and took time to go over our report with us and answer all of our questions. His pictures and details were very helpful in submitting warranty requests with our builder.
