Great patient service from front desk staff member Kim Scott! I called in as a sick walk-in patient, and she immediately made the process smooth and stress-free. She explained that they already had several walk-ins and there would likely be a wait, but they would happily take care of me there.
Kim let me know there were appointment openings available at Northside Medical Columbia North and offered to schedule me there so I could be seen sooner. I've had a lot of different doctors in my travels across several states and when moving back here started seeing Dr. Bart. She is exceptional in that she shows a genuine kindness and compassion as well as showing true interest in your health. The exam was not rushed and very thorough and I was listened to and treated with care and respect by her and her staff.

My 4 year got her ears pierced here by Sheena and it was the best experience. My daughter had been begging to have this done for a year. Yes she cried a little BUT they did a great job preparing her and calming her down on the backend.
The staff is so nice, the facility was very clean, and the whole process easy. They use great quality jewelry and sent us home with all the cleaning materials we needed. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
