“We had an amazing experience with James Brinkley! We had issues with a clog in our kitchen sink. He took the time to explain the backfalling/improper slope of the pipe. He showed me the pipes as a system, he cleaned the line & verified flow with me watching. I definitely found a plumber I can trust & a clear explanation helps me prepare to fix the issues in the near future! I couldn't recommend him enough. Also, to come out to my house knowing the city is still facing the snow/ice elements was a huge plus. Very friendly & easy to communicate with.
