“I wanted to give credit where it’s due. I’m 48 years old and grew up during the time that many of us disregarded all warnings about damage the sun would cause, skipping the sunscreen. I was one of them despite being outdoors pretty much all the time. As a result, my skin developed fine lines prematurely with sort of a rough texture. In addition, discoloration from sun spots formed on top of my already existing rosacea that not even good make-up could hide. I occasionally had people ask me, “what happened” or “do you feel ok” thinking I had been bruised, injured or feeling sick. I got tired of seeing it myself as it had taken over my face. This lead me to Illuminations to seek guidance. Barbara and Kaleb have been very understanding, and professional in sharing their knowledge while coming up with treatment plans for my skin needs along with my desire to reverse as much sun damage as possible. Since then, I have been receiving laser treatments (with occasional Dysport injections) from them periodically for maintenance. My skin literally looks better than it did when I was in my early 30s. I now get spontaneous compliments on my skin and often asked what products I use. I have to hand it to the services and advice I receive from Illuminations. I very much appreciate them for helping me improve my skin and slowing the aging process down! I highly recommend them!”
