“I was very pleased with the price, flooring options, and speed of both getting product and getting my install scheduled. Jake, the person who headed up the install team was great to work with. He was very particular and made sure no detail got missed. He also was great at giving me choices and then supporting my decisions about the style of the install.Expectation setting could use some work. I was told my floors would be a 2 day install - it was 3 FULL days. The installers didn't show up until 11 AM every day and then had to work until 6/7 PM every night which caused heavy disruption to my life, especially at night. I was expecting them to arrive earlier in the day and be able to wrap up no later than 5/6. Additionally, the last day took until well past 8 PM.I was instructed that I only had to move the "breakables" in my home, not furniture. I ended up moving everything but a few large pieces of furniture. The installers complained about this and indicated I should have received an extra charge for them having to move items (couch, bed, tv console).Somehow my quote also didn't include the pulling of all three toilets in the house, which should have been included. I didn't incur an extra charge, as this mistake wasn't on me, but it seemed to frustrate the installers.Overall, I would use Hanson's again but I hope they'll do a better job of expectation setting so customers can plan ahead a bit better.“
