I had a visit a few weeks ago. We’ve been going there many years. Justice and Dr. Iverson were great! I was in and out within 45 minutes and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. Highly recommended!
At first I was a little scared as a lot of the reviews I saw of this place were off putting, but my daughter needed her yearly eye exam and her insurance was no longer accepted at her usual doctor. So I gave this place a shot.
I came in expecting what many of the reviews had warned of, rude staff, unprofessional attire, long glasses wait times, etc. This was not my experience. Megan went ABOVE & BEYOND for my father, his glasses were broken and he was seriously concerned and she took frames form the wall to even try to fix them, she made sure he walked out with working complete glasses and an eye exam later that same day..This gave him peace of mind, which is PRICELESS! Great Place!
