This place is wonderful. I’ve been seeing Dr Jensen for two years and she is absolutely the kindest, most patient and through eye doctor that I’ve ever encountered. I have some complicated eyes, and she goes above and beyond to help me see my best. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you have low vision issues and need someone to take a little extra time and care with you. She’s the best at what she does.
My previous eye-care professional ceased operations in Columbia, so after a little research, I made an appointment for today with Dr. Jensen at Essential Eyes. I was immediately greeted by Karen at the front desk who treated me in a friendly, professional manner. She also performed several eye tests before I saw Dr. Jensen. Now, let me tell you, this was the best, most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Jensen was so nice, personable, friendly and patient. She answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns. Fitted me with a new contact lens prescription and I can see clearly again for the first time in a long time.
