The technician explained the service he was about to perform and he did just what he said he would do. When he finished he let me know that he had not found any active termites but he mad sure and spread the former active area. The icing on the cake was the this was a nice young man, he was respectful of my age and disabilities, and he thanked me for letting him do the service. I am extremely pleased with today's service.

My husband and I appreciate the good folks at BugOut. They responded to our initial request for service within an hour! And that was a request I put in online and on a Sunday afternoon. They arrive on schedule, make sure to text and email me ahead of time, and they checked in to make sure we were ready for our recent quarterly service. Super friendly and professional folks. We're glad we could support a local business, and this is a great business to support.
