I usually never leave reviews, but I cannot recommend Annie enough. She was so wonderful and caring towards me and my family, and made an experience we were nervous about so joyful and easy.
My mom has been fighting against her brain cancer, and suffers from aphasia, meaning that she can't find the words to communicate what's on her mind because of the inflammation in her brain. She struggles to write her name, and she was absolutely terrified and fearful about getting her last will signed. Annie is amazing! We had a sensitive document we needed notarized (mobile) at our mom’s nursing home. I received her number from a business acquaintance. Naturally, I was hopeful she was professional and trustworthy. Annie was above and beyond helpful, professional and we completely trusted her. We were not in a rush, but needed the document notarized ASAP and within 2 hours it was signed! No fuss. She was really accommodating and even helped another family while at the facility. I even got a text later from people at the facility telling me how helpful and friendly Annie was. We highly recommend Annie.
