Ryan came out today to inspect a septic tank at a house my wife and I are going to buy. He was very courteous, taking time to explain to me how the system works and what needs to be done to maintain it. We will definitely be calling him to perform regular maintenance.

Woke up to toilets that wouldn't drain after flushing, I knew the problem was the septic system. It was due a pumping last summer, but I skipped it and was paying the price a year later.
Ryan answer my call at 8am, by 4pm he was pumping my system and by 5pm, everything was back to normal. Amazing service. This is the second time American Pumping serviced our system and he'll have a lifetime customer here.
