“I had a super experience with the Baptist Urgent Care in Collierville.

From the moment I walked into the clinic to the time I left after being seen, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, respectful, kind, and attentive.

I did not have to wait long to be seen, and the check-in process was easy. The nurses and physician got me taken care of within 20 minutes once I went back.

It was the best experience I have had at an urgent care center in a long time.

If I need to access to this type of health care again, this will be my first stop.“

“I first came to them on an urgent care basis and was so impressed with dr Pradhan and his nurses and receptionists that I made him my pcp. Dr. Pradhan is absolutely wonderful. He always takes as much time as you need, he’s very thorough, understanding, and knowledgeable. He does it all, but he also specializes in respiratory issues, goes the distance and has x ray on site. It’s also super easy to make a same day appt, or you can just walk in.“

“It was a little slow, but considering there weren’t many people there I can let that pass. They got me on the medicine that I needed rather than just over-the-counter Ibuprofen Or Tylenol. Very nice and they listen to you.“
