I love Thames Dental! They have been providing my dental care for many years, and the experience is always excellent. The team is friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. From check in to check out, I had a great new patient experience today! The front office staff was very welcoming and accommodating! The hygienist, Sam, was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. She made the X-rays and cleaning comfortable and efficient, and her positive energy really stood out. Dr. White was incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, which is rare and so appreciated. Her calm and caring demeanor made the entire appointment stress-free.
Going to the denist is not my ideal thing to do but if you have to go then Thames Family Dentistry is best. The front of house and staff are excellent and Dr. Thames has the skill and experience to make the most difficult procedures pain free. I highly recommend the office.
