Manager was rude. When the coworker asked about the insurance that I have. All other services was fine. The manager was the only rude one not sure if I am going to return after I get my glasses

One of the nose guards fell off my glasses. When I brought them in for a replacement, the technician replaced both guards and adjusted the frames. Wow! They're just like new glasses. The technician was quick, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'll recommend America's Best Collierville to all my friends and relatives.

Cheryl and Jeremy are AMAZING! I honestly had a less than stellar experience previously before Jeremy took over Management. I adore them both! They are extremely invested in making sure they turn things around for the store. They have gone above and beyond to offer the greatest customer service my family has ever received at any optometrist. We appreciate so much all they did to help esp me get the right contacts. ๐ A million thank you's! Not only are they genuinely caring but also funny. A smile truly makes all the difference! โค๏ธ

I had an appointment and picked out glasses at the end of June. Here it is in August and still have not received my glasses. I have been calling every week for an update and they claim they will call me back after been put on hold for 30+ minutes. I was told my glasses were back on July 10, then was told July 14 but no one knows where they are. I have asked what is their process in this case and I was told they will look for them and give me a call back. As of today while writing this review, no return call received, no glasses received and called for an update - currently on hold to received an empty excuse. I will be making a visit in person today after this empty call to request a refund!
