I sold my mom’s house through Sellers, with Scott Burton, and it was as smooth and easy process as I could have ever hoped. Scott met with me in Feb to walkthrough and discuss the house history, and quickly setup to sell following the March estate sale. It listed April 2, and would have closed in 1 month on May 3, except the buyer lending company needed a 1-week extension. Scott was available quickly throughout the process, and answered all questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and assisted at every turn until closing on May 10. Anyone needing a realtor, would find themselves blessed and very appreciative to reach out to Scott.
