The Rocky Top, Tennessee location needs to make sure the employees can read before they put them in the back to make food because every single time I go to this location they get my order wrong. The last time I went through i actually called to complain the manager did not even apologize she just told me to bring it back and they would replace it but I was on the interstate and was not turning around because of idiocy and told the Mgr I was on my way to Knoxville and couldn't turn around, she sounded like a broken record saying bring it back we will make another.

I got a quarter pounder from Strawberry Plains Pike after 2 bites and a funny taste i pulled it a part it was blood raw i was on my way to work a 12 hour shift 4 hrs into my shift my stomach stared to cramp by the 6th hr I went home to be up all night still not comfortable going to work next day stay home called Faris let them know what happened and sent them a picture was told I get call back still waiting missed 18 hrs of work and the money for the food.
