came here for a trim and a little bit of thinning and i really loved the outcome of it, but after a couple of days when i was doing my hair i noticed that i have a whole section of hair chopped off. she did not tell me that she did this, if she would have said something i would have respectfully told her to stop the process. i understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but she still looked me in my eyes and charged me $65 on top of the tip i gave her and let me walk out with a chunk out of my hair. very disappointed.

They know how to cut hair but when you go in, they turn you away and tell you to make an appmt, then you get there at the time of your appmt and they make you wait forever , so what is the point of making appmts!?Service: Haircut
