Terrible Customer Service. Will not return calls in a timely fashion. I would never recommend Worth Construction to anyone who was in a bind and needed help quickly. Don’t waste your time with this place.

There are a plethora of issues I have with this company. First, getting someone to come out to even give an estimate was a chore. They rescheduled my appointment three different times. For most people, this probably isn't a big deal, but I have two small kids who make constant messes. Trying to keep everything picked up so that we didn't look like a bunch of slobs when the contractor arrived was inconvenient. They also called AFTER our scheduled appointment time to let us know that the contractor wouldn't be coming. Worth Construction was hired to work on my home after the Easter Tornado of 2020. Since moving in January 2021, I have found nothing but issues with the quality of work, or just work charged for by not actually completed. I have been working with Worth Construction and Alacrity Solutions to find a solution to this problem since March 2021. To this date, they have not completed it. My roof was found to be not even up to code for building, let alone independent roofers came out and quoted me for what a new roof would cost me, due to the workmanship of installation that was done on my "new" roof, and that I have found this roof to be leaking.
