Emily was absolutely amazing. From the moment I sat down, she kept great conversation going and was genuinely enjoyable to talk with. The VIP experience was incredibly relaxing—I almost fell asleep while she was washing my hair.
What impressed me most was that she remembered exactly how I like my hair cut and styled without me having to explain it all over again. The haircut came out perfect, and she even recommended products that fit the messy, disheveled look I prefer.
Great service, great personality, and an excellent haircut. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and looking exactly how I wanted. If I could give Emily 11 stars out of 10, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

At this point, I’m seriously wondering if their stylists are even trained or if they just hand clippers to whoever’s standing around.
We asked for a simple trim. What my son got was a chopped-up mess that even he knew looked bad. It was more like a punishment instead of a nice haircut to help boost his confidence…. And right before school, no less.
I emailed them. Nothing. No “sorry,” no refund… just silence.
If you care about your kid’s confidence (or your own), skip this place. There are plenty of salons that don’t treat people like this.

Had the older guy trim my beard, asked to not have any length off just clean it up, been growing it for 2 years and he cut it almost completely off, and was completely crooked, I’m livid. DON’T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR BEARD!

I went there yesterday June 24th 2025 around 11:00 a.m. there was two women working I chose the first person available. I tried to explain my haircut and they weren't sure so they just use scissors did not fade my sides and left my hair long in the back and they asked for wanted my eyebrow shaved and they literally shaved them all the way off almost. They spent about 8 minutes cutting my hair and I gave them $30. Horrible experience I've never had a worse haircut from any other place then sports clips in Cleveland. Just being honest I could not believe the quality of the work there was very unsatisfying.
