The worst place to ever go. If you want a botched fade then this is the place. My husband came home looking like his mother gave him the salad bowl cut then shaved his skin. He asked for a skin fade and it wasn’t even close to being one. He has gone three times with three chances for them to get it right! Not once have they ever done it. This is a man’s job and in all honesty I will pay more for a man to do my husbands hair in ooltewah over this place. I’ve never seen a woman in that shop do hair the way a man does. I’m not against women but even the girl in the shop in ooltewah (in the cut) made my husband look dapper and properly cleaned up. I took our son to shades and fades over 4 times in hopes they could get his hair right as well and I end up having to either fix it my self or take him to ooltewah. We most definitely will never return to this shop and will not recommend anyone to come here. I fully recommend if you want a proper clean up from someone who makes your hair and you look truly amazing then go to (in the cut) and get the treatment you deserve. No matter who you see they pamper you and mark is amazing with hair!

My husband went once before and had a good experience then today my husband and son went back, they saw (Jocelyn) hopefully spelling right! She was very good! Both will be back and going to her 🫶🏻✨️

My normal barber for years retired, and I was looking for a new place to start going. Been trying around town, but after my experience with Alayna I can safely say I think I have found a new home! She was great, personable, and did an expert job on my haircut. She also said she would be happy to cut my Kiddos hair as well. Will definitely be back!

Great barbershop with kind and caring employees and owner. I have been going here since opening during the pandemic and Theresa has always went over and above my expectations. I drive almost 2 hours each direction to make it here so you know it's worth the trip.

Husband’s hair and beard appointment with Joslyn Jones yesterday.
Joslyn ALWAYS does a great job. My husband has become a regular with her and if she has no availability he waits. We were new to Cleveland last year when he booked his first appointment after another shop messed him up pretty bad. She got him all fixed up, and left feeling good. She is more than a professional barber, she is a wonderful person all the way around. I was going through a tough time in life with the loss of one of my twins and she got involved. Gave comforting words and helped me to feel like I wouldn’t be alone in it. Now we bring in our surviving twin and she absolutely loves her. Baby gets cuddles, dad gets pampered and I get a stress free break knowing my whole family is taken care of. I’ve even had her cut my long hair and repair post pregnancy damage.
She’s truly been a blessing and we won’t trust our family in the hands of anyone else.
If you’re not on her schedule… you’re missing out.

Elijah has been cutting my son Barrett’s hair for the past year and a half and he never fails to amaze me! He freshens up my son’s mullet when we go (he’s the best at mullets IMO) and it’s always perfect! My son is autistic and we’ve been to other barbershops and he’d leave with an awful cut! He will only let Elijah cut his hair, and Barrett is always so excited to see him! By far the best barbershop in town! All the stylists are awesome, but Elijah is Barrett’s favorite!!
