We were referred to Pioneer by another local supplier, and are we ever happy we stopped in! Not only will they be able to help us with our vinyl siding, but they also have composite decking and aluminum handrails. Customer service was top notch.

Didn't end up using all the material I purchased, so I returned it as they said I could. Returned material on Tuesday was told I would be cut a check on Friday. Just called and was told the lady's not their today that I would have to wait until Monday for her to write the check. I've never returned something to a company and had to wait for payment before.I thank you very much for reaching out saying that you will fix this misunderstanding! Now I know about your return policy for future reference. I would also like to point out that every other aspect of doing business with Pioneer was very professional and friendly...
