He called me about 20 minutes before arrival and was very polite, professional, and right on time based on his estimate.<br><br>Drue was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to confirm the issues I was experiencing before getting started. He clearly explained what he was going to do and what chemicals he was using, which I really appreciated because I have a dog.<br><br>Once he arrived, he worked quickly and efficiently. He was so respectful of my home and space that I honestly wouldn’t have known he was there if it weren’t for my dog barking. He was in and out in about 20–30 minutes, but still very thorough.<br><br>After the service, he promptly sent detailed visit notes that were clear, informative, and well-organized. His communication and professionalism stood out from start to finish.<br><br>This was actually an in-between visit for us, since our last treatment happened right before a major rainstorm and the chemicals were likely washed away. Active Pest Control made it incredibly easy to reach out via text, quickly confirmed the issue, and scheduled a follow-up visit within a couple of days.
