My experience from the beginning was so welcoming! Even though I waited until the last minute to call local salons to schedule an appt, many weren't open or not taking anymore appts at that time, Headquarters kindly fit me in. Jana was my stylist and I can't express how kind & patient she was!! I've had a history of root issues during coloring, and when my root issue reoccurred during my visit, even though it was already 90 minutes past the end of her shift, she continued to work on my coloring until it was perfect!
