I have a good experience everytime I come here. They are my PCP. The first time I came, I was pregnant and very sick with an upper respiratory problem. They are the only place in the area that would see me due to "insurance issues" not with my own insurance but with that of the walk in clinics I was trying to use. The last time I came in was yesterday and I had the pleasure of meeting an APN named Lacy who wanted nothing more than to help me. She was VERY thorough and ran every test she could think of. The nurse practitioner is great, however the staff sucks. I see them often times not wearing a mask. They are not very professional on the phone. I have been waiting for a referral to a cardiologist but they have been ignoring my calls on the matter. They are just frustrating. Please go else where if you want to get things done fast and efficiently.

So I went down the road to another clinic to get tested for Covid, and even though I sounded like death they were rude and turned me away. I saw their sign up front about 24 hour tests and decided to try my luck. Even though they were out of those test the entire staff treated me extremely well. They took their time, gave me a breathing treatment, a steroid shot, and an antibiotic shot. They listened when I spoke and generally made me feel like They wanted to help me and not being pushed out the door.
