November of 2022 Craig insulated the attic of my home. And did an excellent job encapsulating the storage area. It made a big difference in my electric bill both heating and cooling. Just last week (June 2024) I called on Craig once again to replace a bathroom fan and light ,he noticed the ceiling had some issues with cracks and loose areas. So I had him come back and make those repairs. Craig has vast knowledge and ability to make repairs to most anything around the house. If I have future issues I will be calling him again. Here is a photo of my bathroom fan and light and repaired ceiling.
