Chandler Chastain has been an amazing provider! Started seeing her in July 2025 and she’s been amazing. Very attentive, patient, and she always listen to all of my concerns and gives her honest feedback. She has great MA’s as well. I’m glad that I go here for my primary care!

Dr. Sims in Cleveland is the most amazing doctor that we have ever used. He always takes the time to sit and discuss everything with you. If you have questions he will not hurry you or leave your room until he is confident that you know everything that you need to know. He is great about if you get up really sick and need to see a doctor he will work you in regardless of how booked he is

Dr. Sims has been my doctor for almost my entire adult life. As soon as my 2 boys turned 5 I switched then out of pediatrics and made Dr. Sims their primary as well. You may have to wait a little while longer in the waiting room but that is because you are getting the very best care. I have listened to people complain about the wait and I politely ask if they would rather go somewhere with no wait and no real care. The wait is because the doctors here(both Sims and Swan)care, they don't rush you out the door, they take their time and listen to what is going on so they can really help you. They are they only primary care doctor in Cleveland that I ever recommend to people...read full review
