They did an amazing job taking care of some electrical fuse and sensor issues for my daughter's car. They even went above and beyond by popping the dent out of her drivers side car door too. We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!
