Update for the review I submitted previously- my disappointment with Bradley Veterinarian Hospital (BVH), has changed to impressed, appreciative, and relieved. The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. I have 3 cats,3 dogs,Drs are great. Staff goes out of there way to help you. Very clean,well staffed.i also board my animals here,never any problems,staff treats them like there own. Would highly recommend Bradley vet.
We just love Bradley Vet! All the staff is so sweet to us and love on our boy. They did an excellent job on his TPLO surgery and are now treating his cancer. I could not be more thankful for such an amazing clinic. Thank you all so much for everything that you do!
