I’ve had a great experience training with Brett. He’s incredibly friendly and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome during our sessions, which makes a big difference. He really takes the time to understand what I need and tailors workouts accordingly. I also appreciate how quickly he can adjust exercises on the spot if something needs to be modified. Plus, his music playlists are always on point. ;)
The studio itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a really welcoming vibe. Overall, I highly recommend Brett if you’re looking for a supportive and knowledgeable trainer!
Shout out to HOLLY!!! I had not been in the gym in years. She met with me, discussed my concerns and help me set goals based upon my individual needs. She is attentive, creative, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I am thankful she trained me on specific exercises while ensuring I understood the proper stance/technique for optimal success.
