We had an emergency call on my late father’s home. We explained the situation with how catastrophic not having an air conditioned house would be and they immediately sent a crew to resolve our problem. Not only was it after hours but it was also very fairly priced. Couldn’t ask for a better group of dedicated people!
I woke up to a burnt plastic smell and the house heater not working. I called AAA Heating and Air. They were here within the hour. The technician quickly found the problem. He didn't have the needed part but said he would return in the morning. He arrived early and made the repair. I was ready for a big bill but total cost was $120. I would definitely recommend this company.
Deserves 10 stars!Called in, asked if they had any available appointments for tomorrow. The OWNER, came to my house within a half hour of my calling his equally amazing co-owner / Wife.John and Chris were done with the repairs and my air was working in less than 10 minutes! FAR superior than what his OOLTEWAH COMPETITOR has become, more reasonably priced than said competitor has been over the past 13 years. They have gained a new customer that is going to be as loyal as I have been to their unworthy competition. I will recommend them to EVERYONE I KNOW in Cleveland/Ooltewah & Charleston.
