I really enjoyed my visit to Sauna Soak & Lounge. The float was especially impressive. It was deeply relaxing and reset my whole mood. Paired with the sauna and a refreshing soak, the experience felt like the perfect escape from a busy week. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to focus on relaxation, health, and finding a little more balance. I left feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and much more centered.

The BEST experience. I enjoyed a float when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy, and it took away every ache and pain!! Feel the relief and relaxation you deserve at Sauna Soak & Lounge. It’s worth every penny!

Soooo relaxing!!!! I am not a “napper” but I was out like a light!! We can’t wait for our next session. All pain just goes away during the float. And the staff was awesome. Treated us like family.
