This facility is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, smells great, and very friendly. The fact I can sit in the sauna and listen to pandora or watch Netflix is awesome!Also, they didn’t pressure me into any services. I’ve been to places where they try to pressure you into a membership. The staff heard what I wanted and they accepted me. Such a welcoming environment

Such a wonderful studio! The staff is excellent and keep the saunas and float tanks clean with fresh linens and robes always ready to help guests enjoy their relaxing time. Thank you for bringing this restorative service to Clarksville! I always feel uplifted and calmed by my visits. What a treasure you all are--especially Matthew who goes out of his way to make guest feel safe when leaving after dark. I've also been impressed on many occasions with the schedule availabilities and flexibility. PS&F has really raised the bar for star-quality spa treatments. Bravo and thanks!

Such an incredible place. The establishment is clean, friendly, and relaxing. The IR saunas and floats have been a big part of my healing journey. The staff dawn (manager) and Laurel (owner) are extremely personable. I am grateful that I have a space to practice self-care and get to support a military owned business. 10 stars out of 5.
