“Gotta change this over the office policies. The doc and nurses are great, but something was missed in my annual skin exam. I called within an hour, but had to text since it's hard to get anyone on the phone anymore. Asked if I could pop back in to check it but was told I'd have to book another appointment and be charged again. I get it but I don't get it. It should have been part of my exam. So, there it is. Make a detailed list, ask about everything on it and check it off one by one, because you don't get a second chance, even if it's something concerning, and I don't see insurance paying for an extra visit.“
