20/10 highly recommend- can’t thank them enough for all of their advice and care and look forward to trying more things - I bruised up but the pain wasn’t a thing. I had it hyped up to be bad and it was nothing. The bruising afterwards… don’t let it scare you just PLAN. It’s so worth it. Go get yourself an appointment- I’ll be raving about them on next weeks episode!
