Hotel is nice and in a good location. Parking and on site food/drinks are pricey, but better than other locations nearby. Rooms could use a little TLC. My bedside drawer opens itself and stays open the entire time. Dresser drawers are hard to open/close. Bathroom shower definitely has a little mold/mildew issues and the sink faucet is loose causing temperature to work backwards.
we were very much really looking forward to staying at this hotel. unfortunately it was a let down. it has a lot of potential but the customer service for both the forge restaurant and the hotel is severely lacking. we had some issues with our room and getting waited on at the restaurant. it was a surprisingly terrible time.
Very clean and nice, the hotel is nice and smell good upon arrival, the room are small but cosy and clean ant the bed was comfy and quiet I loved it! As a woman I love hotel that make me feel safe and this one did.
