The Chattanoogan Hotel in Chattanooga, TN, boasts a charming aesthetic, with a great location and polite staff. However, our stay was marred by a leaky bath, an unfixed toilet, and an annoying buzzing sound in the room, only alleviated by turning off the heat. While the visual appeal was memorable, the overall experience didn't match up to the charming facade.

Awesome place, awesome staff. The only issue I had was with the bartenders attitude. Not very friendly. Honestly rude all the way around. Didn't seem to happy with his job. With that being said he was over welmed and shirt staffed. I work around people all day everyday if you can not deal with the people I would recommend finding another job not dealing with people....... I personally didn't have a issue with him. Seen his mood and actions twd others chose to leave and go else where.Nearby activities: Aquarium, rock city, multiple food places/bars, ect.Walkability: Close enough to anything you would need or want to do. Make sure you check your receipt I was charged for items at the bar and restaurant that I did not even visit. I am currently trying to get a refund I was told by the front that you give your room number and that’s who it’s charged.
