Scenic City Family Practice welcomes patients from all walks of life and backgrounds, with a mission to deliver innovative, conscientious, and the absolute highest quality of care. The office is very clean, well taken care of, and professional in a relaxed way. Patients find the practitioner very caring, knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough, spending about 2 hours on a first visit to listen and understand needs. The staff goes above and beyond for patients and anyone around them, treating acute problems and managing chronic conditions with preventive medicine and education. Highly recommended for its understanding, clean environment, and caring approach.
Dr. Walls is one of the most caring and knowledgable person I know! He is very detailed and loves his patients…he goes above and beyond for not just his patients but for anyone around him…he is the BEST! Keep being you we need more like you in this world💙
Very caring....took about 2 hours my first visit to listen and understand my needs and get me back on my medications. I have never had a medical provider spend that much time going over all of my concerns and very thorough. Very understanding, clean office and very professional in a relaxed way that I really liked!!
I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful PCP Dr walls and his staff go above and beyond for there patients. I changed insurances and my old PCP did not accept my new insurance so with only one refill of medicine left I had to find a provider asap all other providers I had reached out to could not see me for months for my initial appointment. Feeling worried and scared I called my insurance for help they reached out to scenic city and Dr walls was able to see me before my next refill was due. Words can't explain how grateful I am thank you guys from the bottom of my heart
