Rainbow were appointed by our insurers to take care of water damage to hard wood flooring and cabinetry in our kitchen, caused by a leak behind the dishwasher. From the start, the rainbow personnel were very informative on the claims procedure and outlined the whole plan to remediate the damage incurred. There were a few delays due to sub contractors scheduling but these were overcome.
Rainbow took great care to remove and store furniture and set up protective screens where needed.
They did an exceptional job removing, repairing and refinishing the floors etc. and we could not have been happier with the final result which far exceeded our expectations.
