Keith is great. I called first to ensure they had an electric 50 gl water heater in stock. It's a Reliant brand which is the same brand I bought there 7 years ago. They each have a 6 year warranty. Keith filled my order of plumbing supplies to hook it up. Only when we began to install it did I realize he forgot to give me a 10' piece of CPVC. He apologized when I went back to get it. Great service, reasonable pricing. I have the new water heater in and filled, waiting for it to heat!

The folks at the rental side knew their stuff, helped me get the best piece of equipment for the job with a rough idea of the price (future project) and competitively priced with the national chains. A LOT of great info and helpful, may be a little bit more than other local rental places, but the Customer service (so far) has been outstanding.

On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC went down. Of course, Fuller was slammed as there had been some sort of a power issue and it seemed like everybody had some sort of an issue that day. Even so, Tell worked late and made out to us and got us fixed up in no time. He even managed to make friends with our chihuahuas, no mean feat for mere mortals.
He was the consummate professional, and he managed to earn the company a lifelong customer.
