About Superior Septic Service
Superior Septic Service is highly recommended for its quick response and professional service. Eric, the technician, is noted for his honesty, charging less than the quoted amount when the job took less time. Customers appreciate his ability to work in challenging conditions, such as during snow, and his clear communication throughout the process. Eric and his crew are polite and get to your house quickly, often the next day. He is friendly and easy to talk to, answering questions without hesitation. He explained the system and the issues he saw, and was affordable. With fair pricing and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Superior Septic Service delivers a reliable experience for all septic needs.
Eric was honest with me in that my septic tank won’t need pumped for years and I so appreciate that honesty! I bought a new house and no one could tell me where the tank even was. He found it on his first guess, dug it up, checked that it was working properly, and charged me what I thought was a fair price for the peace
of mind that I won’t have any Septic emergencies for a long time. I’m sure other companies would have just told me it needed pumped no matter what and been happy to take more of my money in an economy where you just can’t afford to be swindled. Thanks, Eric!
I was a returning customer, same great feller. Eric and his crew were the next day after I called him. The price was good. the crew was polite. I will be using his services again when needed.
Love Eric!
Day before he was do to arrive had issues with figuring out which port was needed and he took time to answer questions without hesitation.
Have used him before this time and will continue to use his service. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.
