My husband and I came home to a very warm house around 5:00 Monday. We figured it would be at least the next day before we could have someone come check it out. Our entire unit went out during a very hot period this summer, so I used our AHS subscription to put in a work order. AHS sent the dispatch to Wommack’s, and Teresa made sure that our service was completed ASAP. When AHS needed pictures to confirm, the team made sure to get them. When AHS was being slow to order the parts, Teresa called them as much as I did to ensure our unit was replaced. Throughout the entire process, the team at Wommack’s was professional, considerate, punctual, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!
