They are so good. All staff is wonderful. On time service. Call before they come and usually show a picture of your technician. I highly recommend them to everyone I know when they ask about them. They come out and service our equipment and see if we have any problems.
I have had a very positive experience with Stateline. I purchased a home that had a faulty HVAC system unbeknownst to me. I arranged another local HVAC company to come and repair. This particular company made many trips and unfortunately installed the wrong parts… after much frustration with this other company, I decided to contact Stateline. Stateline’s technician named Adam discovered the installation of the wrong parts, once the correct parts were ordered, Stateline came and installed. From that time on my system is working perfectly. I am satisfied with their Customer Service as well as work performed.
